角膜塑形镜对青少年低中度近视的防控效果分析

Analysis on prevention and control effect of orthokeratology lens on low and moderate myopia in adolescents

目的:分析角膜塑形镜对青少年低中度近视的防控效果。方法:将时间区间锁定在2020年10月-2021年10月,从此时间段内收治的青少年低中度近视患者中随机抽取100例展开研究,按照随机抽样分组法将患者分为两组。参照组应用单光镜片防控;试验组应用角膜塑形镜防控。分析两组患者防控前与防控1年后的裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、角膜厚度、并发症发生率。结果:两组患者防控前裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、角膜厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在防控1年后,试验组患者的裸眼视力、屈光度、角膜曲率、角膜厚度均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对青少年低中度近视患者进行防控时,使用角膜塑形镜防控能够提升患者裸眼视力,改善屈光度和角膜曲率,减少角膜厚度,降低并发症发生率,建议推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the prevention and control effect of orthokeratology lens on low and moderate myopia in adolescents.Methods:During the time interval between October 2020 and October 2021,a total of 100 adolescent patients with low and moderate myopia who were admitted to our hospital were randomly selected for the study.Study patients were randomized into two independent groups according to random sampling grouping method.Patients in the reference group were prevented and controlled by using single-lens therapy,while patients in the experimental group were prevented and controlled by using orthokeratology lens.The uncorrected visual acuity,diopter,corneal curvature,corneal thickness,and the incidence of complications of adolescent patients with low and moderate myopia in the two groups were analyzed before prevention and control and 1 year after prevention and control.Results:Before prevention and control of adolescent patients with low and moderate myopia,there was no significant difference in uncorrected visual acuity,diopter,corneal curvature and corneal thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).One year after the prevention and control of adolescent patients with low and moderate myopia,the uncorrected visual acuity and diopter of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The experimental group had better corneal curvature and corneal thickness than the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in patients of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions:In the prevention and control of adolescent patients with low and moderate myopia,the use of orthokeratology lens can increase the uncorrected visual acuity,improve the diopter and corneal curvature,reduce the corneal thickness and decrease the incidence of complications,which is recommended for further study.
