清瘟败毒饮在登革热极期的应用构思

Application conception of Qingwen Baidu decoction in the extreme stage of dengue fever

文章根据登革热的发病特点及登革热极期的临床表现,以及前人治疗登革热的经验总结,提出登革热极期可从气血两燔证论治,并推荐以清瘟败毒饮作为临床首选方,希望能抛砖引玉,为中医防治登革热提供治疗思路。

This article is based on the characteristics of dengue fever and the clinical manifestations of dengue fever at the extreme stage,and a summary of previous experiences in treating dengue fever,it is proposed that the extreme stage of dengue fever can be treated from the two burnt syndromes of qi and blood,and recommend Qingwen Baidu decoction as the first clinical prescription,it is hoped that this paper play a role in attracting valuable opinions which can provide some ideas for the prevention and treatment of dengue fever by traditional Chinese medicine.
