穴位按摩联合轻音乐疗法对混合痔术后尿潴留的临床应用

Clinical application of acupoint massage combined with light music therapy on urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery

目的:观察穴位按摩联合轻音乐疗法对混合痔术后尿潴留的治疗效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月在椎管内麻醉下行一次性吻合套扎术的混合痔患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组出现尿潴留时采用常规导尿进行排尿;研究组在常规导尿基础上在围手术期实施穴位按摩联合轻音乐疗法干预。比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组术后首次排尿时间明显短于对照组,术后首次排尿量多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察术后排尿舒适度明显高于对照组,尿潴留发生率与导尿率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肛肠病手术后发生尿潴留的患者实施穴位按摩联合轻音乐疗法有显著治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupoint massage combined with light music therapy on urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2021,120 patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent intraspinal anesthesia with one-time anastomotic ligation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group used conventional catheterization for urination when urinary retention occurred.The research group implemented acupoint massage combined with light music therapy during the perioperative period on the basis of conventional catheterization.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:The first micturition time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the first micturition volume was more than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative urination comfort of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of urinary retention and catheterization rate were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint massage combined with light music therapy for patients with urinary retention after anorectal disease surgery can effectively prevent and treat urinary retention,and it is worthy of clinical application.
