消斑散外敷联合针刺合谷穴治疗黄褐斑的临床研究

Clinical study on the treatment of chloasma by Xiaoban powder external application combined with acupuncture at Hegu Point

目的:观察消斑散外敷联合针刺合谷穴治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治黄褐斑患者60例,随机分成两组,各30例。对照组使用消斑散外敷治疗;观察组使用消斑散外敷联合针刺合谷穴治疗。比较两组患者黄褐斑面积及严重程度评分(MASI)。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后MASI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消斑散外敷联合针刺合谷穴能提高消斑散外敷治疗黄褐斑的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoban powder external application combined with acupuncture Hegu point on chloasma.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,60 patients with chloasma were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with external application of Xiaoban powder.The observation group was treated with Xiaoban powder external application combined with acupuncture at Hegu point.Chloasma area and severity score(MASI)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).MASI score in the observation group was lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoban powder external application combined with acupuncture at Hegu point can improve the effect of Xiaoban powder external application in the treatment of chloasma,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
