摘要
目的:探讨精细化护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果。方法:2019年1月-2021年1月收治新生儿黄疸患儿120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组应用常规护理;观察组应用精细化护理干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组胎便初排时间、胎便转黄时间、蓝光治疗照射时间、黄疸消退时间及住院时间均低于对照组,每日排便次数及每日进奶量均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精细化护理干预在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果显著,能明显缩短黄疸消退时间,加快血清胆红素下降,降低护理不良事件发生率,提高护理满意率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of fine nursing intervention in the nursing of neonatal jaundice.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,120 children with neonatal jaundice were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing.The observation group used fine nursing intervention.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:The time of first defecation,the time of stool turning yellow,the time of blue light treatment,the time of jaundice resolution and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the daily defecation frequency and daily milk intake were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of fine nursing intervention in the nursing of neonatal jaundice is remarkable,which can obviously shorten the time of jaundice subside,accelerate the decrease of serum bilirubin,reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate.
