三阶梯俯卧位在新生儿重症监护室中的应用效果及对患儿并发症的影响

Application effect of three-step prone position in neonatal intensive care unit and its effect on complications

目的:观察三阶梯俯卧位在新生儿重症监护室中的应用效果及对患儿并发症的影响。方法:选取2020年2-11月新生儿重症监护室患儿86例,随机数字法分为两组,各43例。对照组予以常规仰卧位;观察组予以三阶梯俯卧位。比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组呼吸频率及心率水平均显著低于对照组,SpO_(2)水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃反流发生率明显低于对照组,每天摄入奶量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取三阶梯俯卧位能促进新生儿生长发育,降低并发症发生率,患儿家属满意度高,临床应用价值显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of three-step prone position in neonatal intensive care unit and its effect on complications.Methods:From February to November 2020,86 children in neonatal intensive care unit were selected.They were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine supine position.The observation group was given three-step prone position.We compared the application effects of the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The respiratory frequency and heart rate levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the SpO_(2) level was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of gastric reflux in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the daily intake of milk was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking the three-step prone position can promote the growth and development of newborns,reduce the incidence of complications,which has high family satisfaction and significant clinical application value.
