早产儿PICC置管护理中精细化管理的应用价值评估

Evaluation of application value of fine management in PICC catheterization nursing of preterm infants

目的:评价早产儿PICC置管护理中精细化管理的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年4月接受PICC置管治疗的早产儿60例,随机双盲法分为两组。对照组予以常规护理;观察组接受精细化管理。比较两组患儿生活质量、疼痛程度及并发症情况。结果:观察组护理后生活质量各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后疼痛评分和置管时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对早产儿PICC置管护理中采取精细化管理措施,不仅能降低临床护理风险,减轻患儿痛苦,还能提升早产儿的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application value of fine management in PICC catheterization nursing of preterm infants.Methods:From January 2020 to April 2021,60 premature infants who received PICC catheterization were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group received fine management.We compared the quality of life,degree of pain and complications between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after nursing,the scores of quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after nursing,the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the catheterization time was also lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking fine management measures in PICC catheterization nursing for preterm infants can not only reduce the clinical nursing risk and alleviate the pain of children,but also greatly improve the quality of life of preterm infants.
