溃疡性结肠炎患者护理中针对性营养护理的应用及对生活质量的影响

Application of targeted nutritional nursing in the nursing of patients with ulcerative colitis and its influence on the quality of life

目的:探究溃疡性结肠炎患者护理中针对性营养护理的应用效果及对生活质量的影响。方法:2020年1月-2021年4月收治溃疡性结肠炎患者74例,根据患者及家属意愿分为两组,各37例。对照组应用常规护理;观察组给予针对性营养护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理后血红蛋白、血清蛋白、血白蛋白和血清总蛋白等各项营养指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗中配合针对性营养护理,能够有效改善患者各项营养指标水平,而且可以从各个维度提高患者的生活质量,提升患者及家属对护理的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nutrition nursing in the nursing of patients with ulcerative colitis and its influence on the quality of life.Methods:From January 2020 to April 2021,74 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups according to the wishes of the patients and their families with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given targeted nutritional care.We compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:The levels of nutritional indicators such as hemoglobin,serum albumin,serum albumin and total serum protein of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using targeted nutritional care in the treatment of patients with ulcerative colitis can effectively improve the level of various nutritional indicators of patients,and can improve the quality of life of patients from all dimensions,and increase the satisfaction of patients and their families with nursing care.
