摘要
目的:探究神经外科护理临床带教中应用PBL教学法的效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年10月神经外科实习护理人员70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组选择常规教学方案;试验组应用PBL教学法。比较两组考试成绩及满意度。结果:试验组操作评分以及理论成绩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对带教工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在神经外科临床带教中的应用较为广泛,可有助于提升护理学员的教学质量,对于后续教学活动的开展具有积极意义。
Objective:To explore the effect of PBL teaching method in Neurosurgical Nursing clinical teaching.Methods:From September 2018 to October 2019,70 neurosurgical nursing interns were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group chose routine teaching program.PBL teaching method was used in the experimental group.We compared the test scores and satisfaction between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the operation score and theoretical score were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the satisfaction with teaching was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method is widely used in clinical teaching of Neurosurgery,which can help to improve the teaching quality of nursing students,and has positive significance for the development of follow-up teaching activities.
