摘要
目的:探讨高压氧预处理对于运动性疲劳的影响。方法:随机抽取18~24岁男性在校大学生16名,分为高压氧治疗组和对照组。高压氧组在运动前连续进行10次高压氧治疗;对照组运动前未进行任何处理。两组受试者分别在3000 m跑运动前30 min、运动后即刻、运动后30 min抽取静脉血,检查血乳酸(BLA)、肌酸激酶(CK)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平;比较两组疲劳主观感觉(RPE)评分。结果:高压氧组运动后即刻和运动后30 min的RPE评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高压氧组运动后30 min心率、BLA及CK水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高压氧组运动前30 min、运动后即刻、运动后30 min的SOD水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧预处理可以减轻运动性疲劳,可能对提高运动成绩有作用。
Objective:To explore the effect of hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment on exercise fatigue.Methods:16 male college students aged 18~24 were randomly selected,they were divided into the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group and the control group.The hyperbaric oxygen group received 10 consecutive hyperbaric oxygen treatments before exercise.The control group did not receive any treatment before exercise.The two groups of subjects took venous blood 30 minutes before,immediately after and 30 minutes after 3000 m running to check the levels of blood lactic acid(BLA),creatine kinase(CK)and superoxide dismutase(SOD).We compared the subjective feeling of fatigue(RPE)scores between the two groups.Results:The RPE scores of the hyperbaric oxygen group immediately after exercise and 30 min after exercise were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate,BLA and CK levels in the hyperbaric oxygen group were significantly lower than those in the control group 30 minutes after exercise,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of SOD in hyperbaric oxygen group 30 min before exercise,immediately after exercise and 30 min after exercise were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen pretreatment can reduce exercise fatigue and may have an effect on improving sports performance.
