基于“整体观”的2型糖尿病中医慢病管理模式研究

Research on traditional Chinese medicine chronic disease management(CDM)model of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)based on"holistic view"

目的:观察基于“整体观”的2型糖尿病(T2DM)中医慢病管理(CDM)模式的应用效果。方法:2017年7月-2018年12月收治T2DM患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组接受一般CDM方案;观察组接受基于“整体观”的中医CDM模式。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预12个月后糖化血红蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组T2DM综合控制目标达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组DSQL各维度评分均较干预前有不同程度增加,且对照组增加更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于“整体观”的中医CDM模式对2型糖尿病患者进行管理,有利于提高T2DM综合控制目标达标率及患者生存质量,应用价值高。

Objective:To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine chronic disease management(CDM)model of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)based on"holistic view".Methods:From July 2017 to December 2018,120 patients with T2DM were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group received the general CDM plan.The observation group received the traditional Chinese medicine CDM model based on the"holistic view".We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The level of glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group was lower than the control group after 12 months of intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The T2DM comprehensive control target achievement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of each dimension of DSQL in the two groups increased to different degrees than before the intervention,and the increase in the control group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine CDM model based on the"holistic view"is beneficial to improve the target rate of T2DM comprehensive control and the patient's quality of life,with high application value.
