摘要
目的:分析生活饮用水微生物检验的质量控制策略。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年7月疾病预防控制中心的水样122份,将2021年1月之前实施常规微生物检验流程的水样61份作为对照组,将2021年1月之后实施质量控制的水样61份作为观察组。比较两组检验效果。结果:观察组检验效率、执行情况和检验态度评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组细菌总数检出率、耐热大肠杆菌检出率、总大肠杆菌检出率及总合格率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组检验满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在生活饮用水微生物检验中引入质量控制,能够显著提升检验质量和检验合格率,可为居民生活饮用水安全提供保障。
Objective:To analyze the quality control strategy of microbiological testing of drinking water.Methods:From July 2020 to July 2021,122 water samples from the center for disease control and prevention were selected to carry out this research,61 water samples that were subjected to routine microbiological testing procedures before January 2021 were divided into the control groups.After January 2021,61 water samples that were subject to quality control were divided into the observation groups.We compared the test results of the two groups.Results:The inspection efficiency,performance and attitude scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of total bacteria,heat-resistant Escherichia coli,total Escherichia coli and total qualified rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inspection satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of quality control in the microbiological inspection of drinking water can significantly improve the inspection quality and inspection pass rate,with high satisfaction and significant effects,and it can provide a strong guarantee for the safety of drinking water for residents.
