含过渡金属镉或汞的四元硫化物的溶剂热合成及性能 被引量:1

Solvothermal Synthesis and Properties of Quaternary Chalcogenides Containing Transition Metals Cadmium or Mercury

摘要 利用溶剂热法合成了2种四元硫化物Rb_(2)CdSbS_(3)(SH)(1)和Rb_(2)HgSb_(4)S_(8)(2)。单晶X射线衍射分析表明,化合物1为一维链状结构,由[CdSbS_(3)(SH)]^(2-)阴离子和Rb^(+)阳离子组成。化合物2为二维层状结构,由[HgSb_(4)S_(8)]^(2-)阴离子和Rb^(+)阳离子组成。固体紫外可见漫反射光谱分析结果表明,化合物1和2的带隙分别为2.06和2.15 eV。荧光分析结果表明化合物1和2均具有黄光发射特性。 Two quaternary chalcogenides Rb_(2)CdSbS_(3)(SH)(1)and Rb_(2)HgSb_(4)S_(8)(2)were synthesized by solvothermal method.Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis shows that compound 1 is 1D chain structure and composed of[CdSbS_(3)(SH)]^(2-)anion and Rb^(+)cation.Compound 2 is a 2D layered structure and composed of[HgSb_(4)S_(8)]^(2-)anion and Rb^(+)cation.Solid-state UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra showed that the band gaps of compounds 1 and 2 were 2.06 and 2.15 eV,respectively.Fluorescence analysis showed that compounds 1 and 2 had yellow emission charac-teristics.CCDC:2040556,1;2040557,2.
