大型石油化工企业液体流量现场校准系统的设计

Design of Liquid Flow Field Calibration System for Large Petrochemical Enterprises

文章分析了目前大型石化企业液体流量计校准现状,指出现行校准方法、装置存在装置台位差、适用范围小、类型功能单一等局限性。在对现行检定规程与国内外研究基础上,提出了一种适用于大型石油化工企业的液体流量现场校准系统的设计思路。

This paper analyzes the current situation of liquid flowmeter calibration in large petrochemical enterpri-ses,and points out that the current calibration method and device have some limitations,such as device level difference,small application range,single type and function and so on.Based on the current verification regulations and research at home and abroad,a design idea of liquid flow field calibration system suitable for large petrochemi-cal enterprises is put forward.
