激光小角度测量系统的设计和验证

Design and Proficiency Test of the Measurement System for Small Angle Lasers

为了提高小角度测量系统的测量精度,本方案设计出一套符合1级要求的激光小角度测量仪,并通过测量重复性试验和示值误差测量试验,表明该小角度测量系统已达到JJG998-2005《激光小角度测量仪检定规程》规定的1级技术要求。

In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the small angle measuring system,a laser small Angle measuring system is designed to meet the requirements of level 1,and the repeatability test and indicate error meas-urement test show that the small Angle measuring system has reached the technical requirements of level 1 stipula-ted in JJG 998-2005"Laser Small Angle Measuring Instrument".
