三等标准金属线纹尺示值误差的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty for Indication Error of StandardMetallic Scale( GradeⅢ)

三等标准金属线纹尺是我国线纹量值传递系统规定的线纹标准量具,主要用于检定钢直尺、三四等水准标尺。本文结合笔者所在单位工作实际,使用并联纵动方式检定三等标准金属线纹尺的示值误差,评定测得值的不确定度。

The Standard Metallic Scale(GradeⅢ)is the standard linear gauge stipulated by the value transmission system of the linear gauge in our country,which is mainly used to calibrate the steel ruler and the third and fourth grade level ruler.In this paper,according to the actual work of our unit,we use parallel longitudinal mode to check the indication error of the Standard Metallic Scale(Grade Ⅲ)and evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement re-sult.
