摘要
柴油舷外机活塞的工作环境是高压、高温状态,易发生拉缸、烧融甚至爆缸等故障。为减轻活塞的热负,柴油舷外机安装有冷却喷嘴,对活塞内腔进行强制冷却。整机运行时应保证冷却喷嘴畅通、有效,因此冷却喷嘴的加工工艺直接影响整机的质量。通过分析柴油舷外机活塞冷却喷嘴的缩口成型、焊接、铆接及喷射检测过程,研究了其主要加工工艺。设计了模具进行缩口成型、焊接夹具进行钎焊以及铆接工装进行装配铆接,并采用压力试验、流量试验、喷射试验对冷却喷嘴进行检测,均满足零件使用要求,验证了选用的加工工艺方法适合柴油舷外机活塞冷却喷嘴。
The working environment of cooling piston for outboard engines was high-pressure,hyperthermal,so it was easily occurred that scuffing of cylinder bore,molten,even pinging.In order to relieve piston thermal load,cooling nozzle was installed on outboard engines of diesel,and compulsively cooled piston lumen.It was ensured that cooling nozzle with clear and effectivity,so processing technology of cooling nozzle directly affected the quality of complete machine.Through analyzing reducing forming,welding,riveting,and inspection process of jet of piston cooling nozzle for diesel outboard engines,we studied its machining process,designed the mould for reducing forming,welding jig for brazing and riveting tooling for assembly riveting,and finished nozzle test by using pressure test,flow test,injecting test.The results showed that it completely met the requirement of parts using,and the process method met piston cooling nozzle for diesel outboard engines.
