某型汽车覆盖件——前门外板拉延模设计

Design of Drawing Die for a Certain Type of Auto Body Panel-front Door Outer Panel

拉延是利用拉延模具将平板毛坯制成开口空心零件的一种工艺方法,拉延成形是能否生产出合格零件产品的关键,汽车钣金件的质量好坏很大程度上受拉延模质量的影响。汽车覆盖件(以下简称覆盖件)是指构成汽车车身、驾驶室、覆盖发动机和底盘的薄金属板料制成的异形体表面以及内部零件。覆盖件的制造是汽车车身制造的关控环节,缩短汽车车身覆盖件模具设计与制造周期对于提高汽车的开发和设计有着极为重要的现实意义。基于某型汽车覆盖件——前门外板的结构特点,确立拉延模结构形式和间隙,在分析拉延模冲压工艺的基础上,应用UG NX10.0三维参数化设计软件进行凸模、压边圈、凹模和辅助零件结构设计。

Drawing was to use drawing die to make flat blank into open hollow parts,and the drawing forming was the key to produce qualified pats,so the quality of automobile sheet metal parts was largely affected by the quality of drawing die.Auto body panel(hereinafter referred to as panel)referred to the surface and internal parts of special-shaped bodies made of thin metal sheets constituting automobile body,cab,the covering engine and chassis.The manufacturing of panel was the key link of automobile body manufacturing,so it was great practical significance to shortening the design and manufacturing cycle of automobile body panel die improve the development and design of automobile.Based on the structural characteristics of a certain type of auto body panel-front door outer panel,it was established that the structure form and clearance of the drawing die,and the structure design of punch,blank holder,die and auxiliary parts were designed by using UG NX 10.03D parametric design software after analyzing the stamping process of drawing die.
