摘要
自冲铆接技术(Self-Piercing Riveting,SPR)作为一种冷连接工艺,因其具有的噪声低、易于自动化和铆接过程无明火等特点,已逐步应用于新能源汽车的制造中。三层板SPR的搭接形式因能够搭接多种不同类型材料、接头强度高而具有广阔的应用前景。针对三层板SPR性能指标所具有的涉及工艺参数多、影响因素耦合性强等特点,进行三层板SPR响应面试验设计,合理选择工艺参数,建立三层板各性能指标包括自锁量、最小底部厚度和拉伸力的回归模型,并从单因素和交互因素两方面分析了各工艺参数对三层板性能指标的影响。
Self-Piercing Riveting(SPR),as a cold joining process,has been gradually applied to the manufacturing of new energy vehicles due to its low noise,easy automation and no open flame and so on during the riveting process.The lap form of the three-layer board SPR had broad application prospects because it could overlap a variety of different types of materials,and the higher joint strength.Focused on the three-layer board SPR characteristics of performance index with many process parameters and strong coupling of influencing factors,the SPR response surface test design of the three-layer board was carried out,the process parameters were reasonably selected,and the regression model of the performance indicators of the three-layer board were established including the self-locking amount,the minimum bottom thickness and the tensile force.The regression model was based on the single factor and the interactive factor.The influence of each process parameter on the performance index of the three-layer board was analyzed.
