基于谐振频率的橡胶减振器贮存寿命预测 被引量:1

摘要 通过硅橡胶减振器热空气加速老化试验,验证了谐振频率性能变化速度常数与绝对温度之间符合Arrhenius方程,并在此基础上预测了JZ-02型硅橡胶减振器在常温下的贮存寿命。完成了90~190℃范围内6种温度条件下的硅橡胶减振器的热空气加速老化试验,并对试验结果进行最小二乘法拟合。结果表明,老化前后减振器的谐振频率比值与老化时间的关系符合P=A模型,温度速率常数与绝对温度之间符合Arrhenius方程,从而外推至25℃时的速度常数。以减振器的谐振频率变化大于20%时减振器失效为评判依据,计算得到其25℃时的平均贮存寿命为14.4年。 Through silicone rubber isolatoraccelerated aging experiments,it was showed that the relation between resonant frequency changing rate coefficient and temperature complied with Arrhenius equation.Storage life of JZ-02 rubber isolator in room temperature was calculated on the basis of that.Silicon rubber isolator aging experiments under six different temperature conditions(from 90℃to 190℃)were completed,and experiment results were fitted through least square method.The results showed that the ratio of resonant frequency of isolators before or after aging tests could be expressed by equation P=A.Changing rate coefficientand temperature complied with Arrhenius equation,and extended this equation to of 25℃.The isolators were defined failure when the system resonant frequency reduced 20%,the calculated average storage life of the isolators was 14.4 years.
