摘要
为解决MES系统实施中出现的问题,对装配行业MES系统实施痛点进行分析。对产线的背景和管理模式进行介绍,分别阐述生产管理中出现在系统间数据传输、派工、待处理品流程和物料扫码的主要问题,对物流管理、设备管理和系统运维的主要问题进行分析,提出解决问题的思路。该思路具有一定的实用价值。
In order to solve the problems in the implementation of MES system,the implementation problem of MES system in the assembly industry were analyzed.The background and management mode of the production line are introduced,and the main problems in the production management,such as data transmission between systems,labor dispatch,product process to be processed and material code scanning,are respectively described.The main problems in the logistics management,equipment management and system operation and maintenance are analyzed,and the ideas to solve the problems are put forward.This idea has certain practical value.
