以江苏园博园丽笙酒店项目为工程背景,采用Tekla三维建模和立体坐标系出图、分段整体放样胎架预制法、RHINO参数化设计、机器臂编程加工成套技术,进行构件加工,实现了工厂数字化加工;现场采用装配式施工、液压千斤顶定量张拉、实时位移监测等。实践证明,数字化加工和装配式施工的应用减少了材料损耗,缩短了安装工期,降低了安装费用,施工简便、无污染,工程质量良好,得到了社会一致好评,具有广泛的应用前景。

Taking Radisson Hotel project in Jiangsu Garden Expo Park as the engineering background, it adopts Tekla three-dimensional modeling and three-dimensional coordinate system drawing, subsection overall setting out, bed-jig prefabrication method, rhino parametric design and robot arm programming processing technology to process components and realize factory digital processing. Assembly construction, hydraulic jack quantitative tensioning and real-time displacement monitoring are adopted on site.The application of digital processing and assembly construction reduces material loss, shortens the installation period and reduces the installation cost. The construction is simple, pollution-free, and the project quality is good. It is highly praised by the society and has a wide application prospect.
