摘要
某试验大厅横跨建筑物1,2段沉降缝,因任务需要必须提前交付使用,但沉降缝两侧不稳定地基产生的不均匀沉降将直接影响大厅钢网架提前安装时的结构安全。通过合理分析和设计,提出了一种超大试验空间钢网架适应性抗不均匀沉降预控技术,研制开发出一种适应性可调网架支座,并在建造过程中沉降偏差过大的情况下介入调节,有效保证了试验大厅钢网架抗不均匀沉降超前安装质量。
An research hall across the first and the second section of the building settlement joints must be finished in advance because of the task. But the uneven settlement caused by the unstable foundation on both sides of the settlement joints will directly affect the structural safety of the research hall’s grid structure when it is installed in advance. By reasonable analysis and design, a pre-control technology to adjust is put forward when the settlement deviation is too large in the construction, an adaptive adjustable support is developed, which effectively ensures the advanced installation quality of steel grid in the research hall against uneven settlement.
