摘要
杭州市富阳区北支江大桥工程概况复杂,吊装过程存在一定的技术难题。为此,依托此桥梁建设项目,对吊装过程中的关键工艺进行探究。通过对总体安装流程、引桥分段方案及吊装、主桥及桥面分段方案及吊装、支撑架搭设等施工环节技术要点和难点的研究,形成了一套适用于大型桥梁的吊装作业方案。结果表明,本吊装方案可满足规范与设计要求,具有可行性。
The project overview of of Beizhijiang Bridge in Fuyang District, Hangzhou is complex, there are some technical problems in the hoisting process. Therefore, based on this bridge construction project, the key technology in the hoisting process is explored. Through the research on the technical points and difficulties in the construction links such as the overall installation process, the approach bridge section scheme and hoisting, the main bridge and deck section scheme and hoisting, and the erection of support frame, a set of hoisting operation scheme suitable for large bridges is formed. The results show that the hoisting scheme can meet the requirements of specifications and design, and prove the feasibility of the scheme.
