摘要
改造工程外脚手架系统区别于新建工程,改造建筑物及周围环境为既有条件,为外脚手架设计与选型带来诸多制约,并且改造工程往往涉及外立面拆除与结构加固、新围护结构施工等内容,此时外脚手架系统需满足多项分部工程施工使用需求。与新建工程外脚手架施工过程不同,改造工程外脚手架系统一次搭设完成,材料、机械及劳动组织更为密集,投入量更大。因此,外脚手架选型对改造工程的总体组织、安全与成本具有很大影响。以实际工程案例为背景,对常用架体技术、经济及安全等方面进行对比,详细介绍选型思路,具有一定的参考价值。
The external scaffold system of the reconstruction project is different from the new project. The reconstruction of the building and the surrounding environment is an existing condition, which brings many constraints to the external scaffold design and selection, and the reconstruction project often involves the demolition of the facade and structural reinforcement, the construction of new enclosure structure, etc. At this time, the external scaffold system needs to meet the construction and use needs of many divisional projects. Different from the external scaffold construction process of the new project, the external scaffold system of the reconstruction project is completed at one time, the materials, machinery and labor organization are more dense and centralized, and the investment is greater. Therefore, the selection of external scaffold has a great impact on the overall organization, safety and cost of the reconstruction project. Taking the actual engineering case as the background, this paper compares the common scaffold technology, economy and safety are compared, and the selection idea is introduced in detail, which has a certain reference value.
