深水裸岩条件下钢围堰定位纠偏技术

摘要 以涪陵乌江右线大桥为背景,对深水裸岩条件下钢围堰定位纠偏技术进行研究,对比高低水位工况下钢围堰下放、定位、纠偏方案,借鉴全站仪等精密仪器找平原理,设计了鼎形分布找平器。结果表明:深水裸岩条件下,钢围堰下放、定位、纠偏的最佳时机在低水位,鼎形分布找平器为钢围堰提供了活动式刃脚,通过连续调整刃脚处的高程,可以较好地解决钢围堰在深水裸岩河床上垂直度不易控制的问题。 Against the background of Fuling Wujiang Right Line Bridge, the positioning and technology of steel cofferdam under the condition of deep-water bare rock is studied, the lowering, positioning and rectification schemes of steel cofferdam under the working conditions of high and low water levels are compared, and a tripod distribution screeder based on the leveling principle of precision instruments such as total station is designed.The results show that, under the condition of deep-water bare rock, the best time to lower, fix position and rectify of the steel cofferdam is at the low water level. The tripod distribution screeder provides a movable blade foot for the steel cofferdam. By continuously adjusting the elevation at the blade foot of the tripod distribution, it can better solve the problem that the verticality of the steel cofferdam on the deep-water bare rock riverbed is not easy to control.
