装配式半铺盖法施工临时立柱稳定性措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 以沈阳某地铁车站半铺盖法施工为背景,利用数值模拟对装配式半铺盖法施工中临时立柱位移变化及稳定性措施进行研究。结果表明:在半铺盖体系中,无论有无剪刀撑,临时立柱沉降变化均会经历4个阶段,即微小沉降阶段、上下波动阶段、大沉降阶段、稳定阶段。临时立柱间剪刀撑能加强半铺盖体系稳定,可有效限制临时立柱水平位移和沉降。在整个基坑中,基坑两侧临时立柱具有与基坑中间临时立柱相同的水平位移;但在竖向位移上,两侧临时立柱小于中间临时立柱。 Based on the semi-laying construction of a subway station in Shenyang, the displacement change and stability measures of temporary columns in the construction of prefabricated semi-laying method are studied by numerical simulation. The results show that in the semi-laying system, whether there is cross bracing or not, the settlement change of temporary columns will go through four stages: small settlement stage, up and down fluctuation stage, large settlement stage stabilization phase. Bridging between temporary columns can strengthen the stability of semi-laying system and effectively limit the horizontal displacement and settlement of temporary columns. In the whole foundation excavation, the temporary columns on both sides of the foundation excavation have the same horizontal displacement as the temporary columns in the middle of the foundation excavation.However, in terms of vertical displacement, the temporary columns on both sides are smaller than those in the middle.
