摘要
使用Citespace等可视化分析软件对1975-2019年web of science核心合集发表的827篇组织社会化相关文献的高频关键词、核心文献、核心作者、核心期刊、核心研究、理论基础和研究热点等进行分析。组织社会化以社会化策略模型、不确定性减少理论、社会认知理论、认知与意义构建理论为理论基础,主要对组织社会化的影响因素(如组织社会化策略、信息搜寻、人格特征等)与结果变量(如组织绩效、工作满意度、心理契约、组织承诺等)开展研究。综合来看,组织社会化研究视角多元,但研究较为碎片化,以新员工为主要研究对象,对老员工的再社会化、团队社会化的关注较少,研究对象较为单一,研究广度和深度仍有不足,未来组织社会化的研究需要更加深入。
The articale use Citespace analysis 827 articles related organizational socialization published in the Web of Science Core Collection in 1975-2019.Through mapping the core author collaboration network,core journals,core literatures,and drawing keywords co-occurrence knowledge map,analysis the high frequency keywords,core literatures,core authors,core journals,core research,basic theory,research hot spot and so on.Socialization tactics model,uncertainty reduction theory,social cognitive theory,cognitive and sensemaking theory as the organizational socialization theoretical basis,from the antecedents(e.g.,organizational socialization tactics,information search,personality,etc.)and outcome(e.g.,organization performance,job satisfaction,psychological contract,organizational commitment,etc.)of organizational socialization as two directions conduct research.In conclusion,organization socialization research is relatively fragmented,with new employees as the main research object,the resocialization of older workers,team socialization received less attention,the object of study is relatively single,the breadth and depth is still insufficient,the future study of organizational socialization need more deeply and innovative.
