鞍钢鲅鱼圈一塔式碱法深度脱硫改进实践

摘要 介绍了一塔式碱法深度脱硫装置在鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司的应用情况,通过分析其在设备、工艺及运行参数方面存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施。实践后,脱硫效率提高至96%以上,脱硫后煤气中H_(2)S含量稳定控制在20 mg/m^(3)以下。 The application of the desulfurizing installation by one-tower alkali-washing method for deep desulfurization in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.was introduced.By analyzing the existing problems on equipment,process and operation parameters,corresponding improvement measures were put forward.After these measures were taken in practice,the desulfurization efficiency was increased to over 96%,and the H_(2)S content in the desulfurized gas was stably controlled below 20 mg/m^(3).
