筒仓贮煤卸料小车智能控制系统改造与应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了减少焦化厂备煤工序各类混料错仓等质量事故和生产安全事故的发生,分析了传统卸料小车控制系统存在的问题,提出对筒仓贮煤卸料小车进行智能控制系统改造升级。通过将卸料小车改为变频控制方式,并增加卸料小车自动定位控制,提高了卸料小车卸煤仓位的准确性,实现了对卸料小车卸煤位置的智能检测,应用后效果良好。 In order to reduce the frequency of quality accidents such as all kinds of unexpected mixing materials and storing in inaccurate silos and production safety accidents in the process of coal preparing in coke-oven plant,the problems in terms of the control system for the traditional unloading trolley were analyzed.The upgrading of the intelligent control system for the unloading trolley for deposit coal in silos was proposed.By changing the control mode of the unloading trolley into variable-frequency control together with increasing the automatic positioning control device to the unloading trolley,the accuracy of positioning the coal bunker for unloading coal by the unloading trolley was improved and thus the intelligent detection for the coal unloading position of the unloading trolley was achieved.After the intelligent control system was put into operation,good results were achieved.
