摘要
贝壳是一种天然复合材料,其具有储量大、廉价等优点。高温煅烧研磨的方法制备出文蛤、生蚝及栉江瑶三种贝壳粉末,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和综合热分析仪对三种贝壳粉末进行分析,发现高温煅烧研磨后的三种贝壳粉主要成分都是CaO,含少量Ca(OH)_(2),不同贝壳粉颗粒微观聚集方式不同,栉江瑶、文蛤、生蚝贝壳粉分别表现为球形、棒形及片状聚集体,文蛤贝壳粉的失重率略大于生蚝贝壳粉。
Shell is a kind of natural composite material,which has the advantages of large reserves and low cost.The high-temperature calcined clam,Oyster and Atrina pectinata powder was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and Comprehensive Thermal Analyser.It is found that the main component of three kinds of shell powder is CaO,with a small amount of Ca(OH)_(2),but the micro-aggregation modes of different shell powder particles are different.The shell powder of Atrina pectinata,clam and Oyster are aggregated in spherical,rod and sheet shapes respectively.The weight loss rate of clam shell powder is slightly higher than oyster shell powder.
