摘要
针对锅炉水冷壁腐蚀问题,研究了几种高温涂层的稳定性和抗氧化性能。高温氧化动力学试验和分析结果表明,氧化动力学方面,Cr、Ni含量较高的45CT涂层与HDS-45涂层的增重较少,而非晶涂层增重较大。稳定性方面,不同涂层与基体结合性存在较大差异,而涂层的防护效果与涂层的稳定性和化学成分相关。
Aiming at the corrosion problem of boiler water wall,the stability and oxidation resistance of several high-temperature coatings are studied.The results of high-temperature oxidation kinetics test and analysis show that in terms of oxidation kinetics,45CT coating and HDS-45 coating with high Cr and Ni content have less weight gain,while amorphous coating has greater weight gain.In terms of stability,there are great differences between different coatings and matrix,and the protective effect of the coating is related to the stability and chemical composition of the coating.
