摘要
为解决锅炉屏过结焦问题,对锅炉炉膛温度场进行测试。通过对焦块生成机理、燃煤灰成分、焦块成分、灰熔融特性状况进行分析,确认锅炉结焦的原因,并对锅炉运行方式进行调整。调整后锅炉掉焦及屏过结焦问题得到有效缓解。
In order to solve the problem of over-coking of boiler screen,the temperature field of boiler furnace was tested.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of coke formation,the composition of coal ash,the composition of coke and the ash melting characteristics,the cause of the coking of the boiler is confirmed and the operation mode of the boiler is adjusted.After adjustment,the problems of coke drop and screen over-coking of the boiler are effectively alleviated.
