电力工程资料归档自动化处理的研究与设计

摘要 针对电力系统中各种工程资料归档工作复杂、工作量大、耗时长等问题,提出了依靠计算机技术开发Word和Excel工程文档批量处理工具,通过程序设计的工具对工程文档进行快速处理。分别设计了目录选择、实时显示、分析统计等模块,保证数据的准确性、一致性,提高工作效率,提升资料归档管理水平,满足当前电力系统中各种工程资料归档工作的使用要求。以2020年L公司通信工程资料归档工作为例,验证了所开发工具的实用性和有效性。 Aiming at the problems of complex,heavy workload and time-consuming archiving of various engineering documents in power system,this paper proposes to develop batch processing tools of word and excel engineering documents based on computer technology,and process engineering documents quickly through programming tools.The modules of directory selection,real-time display,analysis and statistics are designed to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data,improve the work efficiency,improve the data archiving management level,and meet the use requirements of various engineering data archiving in the current power system.Taking the communication engineering data archiving of L company in 2020 as an example,the practicability and effectiveness of the developed tool are verified.
