广东省215名静脉治疗专科护士核心能力现状调查及影响因素分析

Evaluation of core competence of 215 intravenous therapy specialized nurses in Guangdong province and analysis of its influencing factors

目的调查广东省215名静脉治疗专科护士核心能力的现状,分析其影响因素,为静疗专科护士的选拔、培养和发展提供依据。方法采用自行构建的一般资料调查表和静脉治疗专科护士核心能力评价量表,调查2012-2018年参加广东省护理学会静脉治疗委员会举办的专科护士学习班并取得资质的215名专科护士,分析其核心能力现状及影响因素。结果广东省静脉治疗专科护士核心能力评价总得分为(4.10±0.45)分;各维度自评得分由高到低依次是临床实践能力、沟通与协调能力、教学能力、专业理论知识、领导力及专业发展能力,临床科研能力;单因素分析结合多重线性回归结果示,学历、职称、工作形式及取得资质年限对静疗专科护士核心能力的影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论广东省静脉治疗专科护士核心能力除临床科研能力外均处于中高水平,专业发展能力和临床科研能力相对不足,建议在静疗专科护士选拔上可考虑以本科及以上、有发展潜力的护师及以上职称的护士为主,在培训内容上加强薄弱环节的培训,提高静疗专科护士核心能力。

Objective To investigate the core competency of 215 intravenous therapy specialized nurses in Guangdong province,and analyze the influencing factors,provide effective guidance for the selection,training and clinical development of specialized nurses.Methods Use the convenience sampling method and the self-constructed general data questionnaire and the core competence evaluation scale for intravenous therapy specialist nurses,215 qualified specialist nurses who participated in the study class for specialist nurses organized by the Intravenous Therapy committee of Guangdong nursing association from 2012 to 2018 were investigated,and the status quo of their core competence and influencing factors were analyzed.Results The results show that the specialist in intravenous therapy core competence in Guangdong province is(4.10±0.45),it's above average except for the clinical research ability.The score of core competence ranks from high to low as follows:clinical practice ability,communication and coordination ability,teaching ability,professional theoretical knowledge,leadership,professional development ability,clinical research ability.Single factor analysis combined with multiple linear regression results showed that the influence of educational background,professional title,work form and duration of qualification on the core competence of intravenous therapy nurses was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of core competency for intravenous therapy specialized nurses in Guangdong province is above medium,professional development ability and clinical scientific research ability are relatively insufficient.It is suggested that in the selection of static therapy nurses,nurses with the title of nursing teacher or above who have the potential to develop should be selected,and relevant training should be strengthened in the training,to improve the core competence of static therapy specialist nurses.
