摘要
针对35 kV变电站联络线电源存在相角差的问题,提出了双层闭锁方案,实现了人员遥控,缩短了操作时间和停电时间;引入备用电源自动投入装置,进一步缩短了停电时间;设计了先合环、后解环的转供方案,实现不停电转供。应用实例表明,逐级优化的方案可提高供电可靠性。
In allusion to the problem of phase angel difference between the tie-line power supplies of 35 kV substation,a double locking scheme is put forward,which realizes remote control and shortens operation time and power outage time;the reserve power source automatic connection device is used to further shorten the power outage time;the scheme of closing loop first and opening loop later is designed,which achieves transfer without power cut.The application example proves that the stepwise optimization scheme can improve the reliability of power supply.
