摘要
从锅炉取样水的水质、水量等指标分析了取样水回收的可行性。针对取样排水水质,提出作为高纯水和普通原水使用两种技改方案,并进行了对比。采取增加管路、系统改造等措施,将锅炉取样水重新回收利用,取得了良好的节能减排效果。
The feasibility of sampling water recovery is analyzed from the indexes such as the quality and quantity of sampling water.In allusion to the quality of discharged sampling water,two technical transformation schemes are put forward and compared:recycling as high purity water and recycling as ordinary raw water.By taking measures such as increasing pipe lines and system transformation,the boiler sampling water is recycled,which achieves good results in energy saving and emission reduction.
