对陕西省果蔬标准体系建立与完善的思考 被引量:2

摘要 当前陕西果蔬产业正处在全面贯彻落实"标准兴农"战略的关键时期,实施标准化是推动产业高质量发展的重要举措。文章阐述了陕西果蔬标准体系从成立标准化技术委员会,初步建立体系框架,到立足产业实际加强重点领域标准化建设、组建专家队伍、创新工作机制等逐步走向成熟的构建过程。并针对当前果蔬标准体系存在的主要问题,提出标准覆盖全产业链化、标准国际化、标准评价配套化的工作思路,以期构建与现代果蔬产业体系相适应的先进标准体系,助推果蔬产业的现代化发展。 At present, the fruit and vegetable industry of Shaanxi is in a critical period of fully implementing the strategy of“developing agriculture by standards”. The implementation of standardization is an important measure to promote the high-quality development of the industry. This paper expounds the construction process of Shaanxi fruit and vegetable standard system from establishing the standardization technical committee and initially forming the system framework, to strengthening the standardization construction of key areas based on industrial reality, building expert team, and improving the working mechanism. In view of the main problems existing in the current fruit and vegetable standard system, this paper puts forward the working ideas on building a standard system which is dynamic, international and evaluation matching, so as to construct an advanced standard system suitable for the modernization of fruit and vegetable industry.
