摘要
本文针对某型燃气轮机轴承腔压力异常升高现象,通过数据分析、现场排查、外观检查、尺寸测量、断口分析、仿真分析等方法,定位了故障原因,提出了压降调节器的阀由线接触的销钉结构改为面接触的垫圈结构的改进方案,使得接触应力由235.5 MPa降低至0.88 MPa,且燃气轮机1 200 h考核试验后未再出现故障,改进方案合理有效。
Aiming at the abnormal increase of pressure in the bearing cavity of a gas turbine, through data analysis, on-site investigation, appearance inspection, dimension measurement, fracture analysis, simulation analysis and other methods, this paper successfully locates the cause of the fault, and puts forward an improvement scheme for the valve of pressure drop regulator from line contact pin structure to surface contact gasket structure, so that the contact stress is reduced from 235.5 MPa to 0.88 MPa, Moreover, the gas turbine did not fail again after 1 200 hour of assessment test, and the improvement scheme is reasonable and effective.
