Effect of Al_(2)O_(3) on the Structure and Properties of ZnO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) Sealing Glass for Copper Paste

摘要 以ZnO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)低熔点玻璃为研究对象,研究了Al_(2)O_(3)的相对含量对其结构及性能的影响。使用的表征方法有FTIR、XRD、DSC、SEM、高温显微镜等,同时对烧结后玻璃的性能:热膨胀性能、抗折强度、密度、耐酸性、介电性进行了测试。结果表明,Al_(2)O_(3)在玻璃中主要以[AlO4]四面体的形式存在,同时伴随着极少量的[AlO6]八面体。Al_(2)O_(3)作为一种玻璃网络中间体,它对玻璃的热膨胀系数、抗折强度、耐酸性、介电性都有一定的影响。其含量的增加,使玻璃烧结过程中的特征温度有一定降低,同时也对玻璃化转变温度Tg和软化点温度Tf产生了影响。制备的ZnO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)低熔点玻璃的玻璃化转变温度约在510~525℃范围,玻璃烧结使用温度范围为650~750℃。 ZnO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) low melting glass was taken as the research object,and the change rule of its structure and properties with Al_(2)O_(3) relative content was explored.The characterization methods used were FTIR,XRD,DSC,SEM,high temperature microscope,etc.At the same time,the thermal expansion performance,flexural strength,density,acid resistance and dielectric properties of the sintered glass were tested.Theexperimental results show that Al_(2)O_(3) exists in the form of[AlO4]tetrahedron and a small amount of[AlO_(6)]octahedron in the glass network.As a kind of glass intermediate,alumina has certain influence on the coefficient of thermal expansion,flexural strength,acid resistance and dielectric properties of glass.With the increase of its content,the characteristic temperature of glass in the sintering process has a certain decreasing trend,and the glass transition temperature Tgand softening point temperature Tfalso are influenced.The transition temperature of the prepared ZnO-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) low-melting point glass is in the range from 510℃to 525℃,and the practical temperature range of glasses is 650~750℃.
