摘要 新时代背景下推进发展具有中国特色世界水平的教育,培养堪当中华民族伟大复兴重任的时代新人,广大教师责任重大。习近平总书记从"两个大局"出发,立足于教师职业的特殊性,论述了教师责任的独特价值、具体内容、素养要求和实现条件。习近平总书记注重教师责任的个体价值与社会价值的统一;秉持浓厚的家国情怀和鲜明的人民立场,明确教师要履行的三种责任;坚持知、情、能三位一体,提出了教师责任素养要求;兼顾教师主体自觉与外部支持以推动教师责任的实现。系统而深入地学习习近平总书记关于新时代教师责任的重要论述,让教师人人明责、个个尽责,对于加强新时代教师队伍建设、促使教师担当好时代赋予的使命意义重大。 In the new era,teachers have a great responsibility to promote world-level education with Chinese characteristics and cultivate new people that can shoulder the important task of realizing the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Starting from the"two overall situations"and based on the particularity of the teacher profession,General Secretary Xi Jinping discusses the unique value,specific content,quality requirements and conditions for teachers to fulfill their responsibilities.General Secretary Xi Jinping pays attention to the unity of individual value and social value of teachers’responsibility,upholds the strong feelings of family and country and a distinct stand of the people,clearly puts forward three kinds of responsibilities that teachers should fulfill.He insists on the trinity of knowledge,affection and ability,putting forward the requirements of teachers’quality of responsibility.He also takes teachers’subjective consciousness and external supports into consideration to promote the realization of teachers’responsibility.Systematically and deeply study General Secretary Xi Jinping’s discourses on teachers’responsibilities so that all teachers know their responsibilities and fulfill their duties,which is of great significance to strengthen the construction of teachers in the new era and promote teachers to take on the mission given by the times.
