摘要
针对空间联机分析处理对于连续型时空数据缺乏从概念模型到代数理论形式化定义的一体化模型表达和计算范式的研究现状,以联机分析处理、时空地图代数和时空数据挖掘理论为基础,构建时空维分离的六元组立方体数据模型,定义时空维层次上度量集合的聚集计算,设计时间维空间聚集和非空间聚集两类函数,并在此基础上实现多维空间联机分析的基础操作原语。并以"城市大气污染物浓度时空变化特征"的探索性分析场景为例,验证该模型的有效性。
This paper addresses the lack of integrated model expression and computational paradigm from conceptual model to a formal definition of algebraic theory for continuous spatio-temporal data in spatial on-line analysis and processing.Based on on-line analytical processing,spatio-temporal map algebra and spatio-temporal data mining theory,the paper constructs spatio-temporal dimensionally separated hexa-group cube data model,and defines aggregation computation of measure set at spatio-temporal dimensional level.Also,two temporal dimensional types of functions,spatial aggregation and non-spatial aggregation,are designed to implement the basic operational primitives of multidimensional spatial on-line analysis.The exploratory analysis scenario of the spatial-temporal variation characteristics of urban air pollutant concentrations is taken as an example to verify the validity of the model.
