摘要 氧化铁红涂料在研磨过程中通常会发生色相变化,掌握氧化铁红的研磨稳定性规律对高效生产至关重要。实验研究了氧化铁红不同色相、产品级别和原材料反应工艺与研磨稳定性的关系,首先通过色差和粒径分布来表征产品差异,随后分析氧化铁红在涂料体系中色相随研磨时间延长的变化来表征研磨稳定性。结果表明:氧化铁红随着粒径增大,色相逐渐偏蓝,而其研磨稳定性逐渐降低,△b^(*)变化逐渐增大;精细级别的产品的研磨稳定性强于普通级别的产品;以苯胺法工艺合成的氧化铁为原材料而拼混得到的产品的研磨稳定性明显高于彭尼曼法工艺。研磨稳定性的研究对于生产氧化铁红涂料或者色浆过程中对色相的把控具有重要的指导意义。 Iron oxide red is widely used as a color pigment in coatings industry,while color shift will occur during milling process.Therefore,it is important for efficient production to understand its milling stability principle.The relationships of products with different color shades,grades,and synthesis processes of raw materials and the milling stability was studied.The products differences were firstly characterized by color deviation and particle size distribution,then color changing in coatings system along with milling time was analyzed to characterize the milling stability.Results showed that as the increase of the iron oxide particle size,color shade shifted to bluish,causing weaker milling stability and increase of △b^(*).Product after fine milling process provided stronger milling stability than that of normal milling process.Besides,the milling stability of the mixing product with raw material which was synthesized by Laux process was obviously stronger than that of the product with raw material which was synthesized by Penniman process.The research on milling stability provided important guidance for color shade control during production of iron oxide-based coatings or colorants.
