宫内发育迟缓可对新生儿产生近、远期影响,尤其会使患儿成为心血管相关疾病的高危人群。宫内发育迟缓影响心肌细胞的增殖,改变心肌细胞的代谢及生物氧化,降低顺应性,促使心脏肥厚性重塑,影响心脏的收缩及舒张功能,加速心脏老化,同时这一系列适应性变化具有性别二态性,并且对左右心室的影响程度也不同。通过研究宫内生长迟缓对心肌细胞生长发育的具体影响及机制、长期随访进一步明确心肌细胞代谢和心脏重构的时机、明确性激素在其中扮演的角色,有利于指导临床实现早期干预,并有针对性地进行预防和治疗,减少不良预后。
