摘要
综述了磷酸三辛酯(TOP)的工业生产技术,三氯氧磷-异辛醇工艺是最主要的合成路线,总结了该生产工艺中异辛醇回收、产品精制、催化剂选型、"三废"处理、能耗降低、氯化氢深度脱除等的进展情况。介绍了其它几种处于研究阶段的磷酸三辛酯的合成路线。
The industrial production techniques of trioctyl phosphate(TOP) are reviewed. The most important synthetic route is phosphorus oxychloride-isooctanol process. The progress in recovery of isooctanol, refining of product, selection of catalyst, disposal of “three wastes”, reduction of energy consumption, deep removal of hydrogen chloride and so on in the production process is summarized.Several other synthetic routes of trioctyl phosphate under research are also introduced.
