摘要
采用高温、高湿方式快速模拟螺杆挤出环境,利用水滑石吸附注塑阻燃ABS(丙烯腈、丁二烯、苯乙烯三元共聚物)复合材料时释放的卤化氢气体,从而减低酸性气体对螺杆腐蚀,通过材料的损失率和钢材腐蚀率表征螺杆腐蚀程度,对比不同比例的水滑石对阻燃ABS复合材料的力学性能影响和螺杆腐蚀程度。结果表明:添加质量分数0.5%的水滑石可提高阻燃ABS复合材料的力学性能,阻燃性达到V0等级,螺杆腐蚀程度降低50%~60%,复合材料综合性能最佳。
The screw extrusion environment was quickly simulated using the high temperature and high humidity mode,and the hydrogen halide gas released during the injection molding of flame retardant ABS(acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene ternary copolymer)composite was adsorbed by hydrotalcite to reduce the corrosion of the screw by the acidic gases.The corrosion degree of the screw was characterized through the loss rate of material and the corrosion rate of steel.The influence of different ratios of hydrotalcite on the mechanical performance of the flame retardant ABS composite and the corrosion degree of the screw are compared.The results show that after adding hydrotalcite mass fraction of 0.5%,the mechanical performance of the flame retardant ABS composite improves,the flame retardancy achieves V0 level,the corrosion degree of the screw reduces by 50%~60%,and the composite material has the optimal comprehensive performance.
