开蚝自动生产线的设计

摘要 为解决当前生蚝市场生蚝需求量大、人工开蚝效率低且劳动强度大等问题,设计了开蚝自动生产线。开蚝自动生产线以加工人工养殖普通生蚝为基础,具有上料、装夹、开蚝、卸料等多道工序,属于圆盘式多工位生产线,配置专用夹具、专用检测定位上料装置、气动开蚝装置及自动化控制系统。采用开蚝自动生产线,可以有效提高开蚝效率,满足生蚝市场大批量加工的需求。这一生产线自动化程度高,可同时应用于其它贝类产品的生产。 In order to solve the problems of high demand for oyster in the current oyster market,low efficiency of manual opening of oyster and high labor intensity,an automatic production line for oyster opening was designed.The automatic production line for oyster opening is built based on the processing of ordinary oysters from artificial breeding.It has multiple processes such as feeding,clamping,opening,and unloading.It belongs to a disc-type multi-station production line,equipped with special fixture,special detection and positioning feeding device,pneumatic opening device and automatic control system.The automatic production line for oyster opening can effectively improve the efficiency of oyster opening and meet the needs of mass processing in the oyster market.This production line is highly automated and can be applied to the production of other shellfish product at the same time.
