铸铁闸门是污水处理工艺中应用的一种非标设备,闸门形式多样,闸门的设计工作任务繁重。闸门楔块是闸门的关键零件,楔块的设计与加工质量直接关系到闸门的止水效果。对闸门楔块进行标准化工作,将闸门楔块标准化为两个系列。在此基础上,针对闸门楔块设计了刨加工夹具与钻加工夹具,使闸门楔块具有互换性。通过闸门楔块的标准化与夹具设计,使闸门的设计和制造效率得到提高,产品易装配,同时降低制造成本。

Cast iron gate is a kind of non-standard equipment used in sewage treatment process.The gate has various forms,and the task of designing the gate is arduous.The gate wedge is a key part of the gate.The design and processing quality of the wedge are directly related to the water stop effect of the gate.The gate wedge was standardized into two series.On this basis,the planing jig and the drilling jig were designed for the gate wedge to make the gate wedge interchangeable.Through the standardization of the gate wedge and the design of fixture,the design and manufacturing efficiency of the gate were improved,the manufacturing cost was reduced,and the product is easy to assemble.
