摘要
以双酚A型环氧树脂和不同种类环氧活性稀释剂为原料,以硫鎓盐作为光引发剂,制备了一系列具有延迟特性的单组分光固化环氧胶粘剂。考察了胶粘剂的UV延迟固化性能、力学性能、热性能及胶粘剂的室温储存性能。研究结果表明:当w(活性稀释剂)=25%(相对于总质量而言)时,胶粘剂经UV辐照10 s后,可提供3 min的延迟固化时间窗口,随后搭接并能够在10 min内产生一定的初始粘接强度,固化后的胶粘剂拉伸剪切强度可达3.42 MPa;通过调节体系中活性稀释剂的含量,胶粘剂的延迟固化时间可从2~20 min进行有效调控,并且胶粘剂固化物具有较好的热稳定性,起始热分解温度大于300℃;此外,胶粘剂体系在温度为50℃条件下至少可存储90 d。本研究所制备的单组分光固化胶粘剂具有延迟固化的特点,可应用于不透光基材间的粘接,同时具有良好的粘接强度及室温存储稳定性,应用前景广阔。
A series of one-component UV curing epoxy adhesive with delayed properties was prepared by mixing bisphenol A type epoxy resin with different kinds of epoxy active diluents as raw materials and sulfonium salt as photoinitiator.The UV delayed curing performance,mechanical properties,thermal properties and room temperature storage properties of adhesive were investigated.The research results showed that,when w(active diluent)=25%(relative to total mass),after the adhesive was irradiated by UV for 10 s,it could provide a delayed curing time window of 3 min,and then overlapped and produced a certain initial bonding strength within 10 min,and the tensile shear strength of the cured adhesive could reach 3.42 MPa.By adjusting the content of active diluent in the system,the delayed curing time of adhesive could be effectively controlled from 2-20 min,and the cured adhesive had good thermal stability,the initial thermal decomposition temperature was greater than 300℃.In addition,the adhesive system could be stored for at least 90 d at the temperature of 50℃.The one-component UV curing adhesive prepared in this study had the characteristics of delayed curing,which could be used for bonding between opaque substrates,at same time it had good bonding strength,room temperature storage stability,and a broad application prospect.
