摘要
讨论了一种配方开发方法,并将其用于双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂中多元醇组分的配方开发,平衡胶粘剂中低硬度和高粘接强度的性能矛盾。本方法先用正交试验设计优选原料种类,再用JMP定制试验设计优化原料配比,规避了常规配方开发中同时处理种类和配比的问题。研究结果表明:将本方法用于双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂中多元醇组分的配方开发,平衡了低硬度和高粘接强度难以共存的矛盾;得到了一种具有低硬高粘特征的聚氨酯胶粘剂,胶体硬度40D,拉伸剪切强度11.34 MPa(铝片-铝片),单位硬度提供的粘接强度为283.5 kPa/D。
A formula development method was discussed and applied to the formula development of polyol component in two-component polyurethane adhesive to balance the performance contradiction between low hardness and high bonding strength in the adhesive.In this method,the types of raw materials were first optimized by orthogonal experimental design,and then the proportions of raw materials were optimized by JMP customized experimental design,which avoided the problem of simultaneously processing of types and proportions in the development of conventional formula.The research results showed that the method was applied to the formula development of polyol component in two-component polyurethane adhesive,which balanced the contradiction that low hardness and high bonding strength were difficult to coexist.A kind of polyurethane adhesive with low hardness and high viscosity characteristics was obtained,and the hardness of adhesive was 40 D,the tensile shear strength was 11.34 MPa(aluminum sheet-aluminum sheet),and the bonding strength provided by the unit hardness was283.5 kPa/D.
